Payton Hamric
About
Payton is a family law attorney dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate some of life’s most personal and challenging transitions. Originally from Hot Springs, Arkansas, she brings a practical, compassionate approach to her work, focusing on clear communication and steady guidance during difficult legal matters.
Payton earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Arkansas before graduating cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law. Her practice focuses primarily on family law, including divorce, custody and visitation matters, guardianships, and adoptions. She understands that every case carries real emotional and financial consequences and works to provide clients with thoughtful, solutions-focused representation.
A significant portion of Payton’s practice involves serving as an attorney ad litem, where she advocates for the best interests of children involved in court proceedings. She also serves on the Benton County Executive Board, reflecting her commitment to professional service and involvement within the local legal community.
Outside of her practice, Payton enjoys spending time with her husband and their dogs, trying out local breweries and restaurants, and getting away for the occasional concert or weekend trip.
