About
Born and raised in Danville, Arkansas, David Fisher brings over 25 years of legal experience to clients throughout Northwest Arkansas. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas, equipping him with both financial and legal insight that proves invaluable in complex matters.
While the firm’s primary focus is family law, David is often involved when cases include significant financial, business, or property components. His practice includes high-asset divorce matters, closely held business interests, real estate disputes, probate and estate litigation, construction-related conflicts, and contested fiduciary issues. He represents both contractors and homeowners in disputes involving construction contracts, payment issues, defective workmanship claims, and materialman’s lien matters. He is frequently called upon when a case requires not only legal analysis, but sound financial judgment and strategic planning.
For twelve years, David served as General Counsel to a highly regulated start-up medical company in Bentonville that grew into a nationally credentialed operation. In that role, he advised executive leadership on compliance, corporate governance, regulatory risk, contract negotiation, and strategic growth. This executive-level experience provides him with a practical understanding of how businesses operate — and how disputes affect long-term stability.
David believes one of the greatest strengths an attorney can bring to a client is common sense — the ability to evaluate risk realistically, cut through unnecessary conflict, and develop a clear path forward. He is known for disciplined preparation, direct communication, and a steady presence in contested proceedings.
Outside of his practice, David is an avid hiker, fisherman, and photographer who enjoys exploring the Ozarks and spending time with his family.
